How to apply is at the end of the full description.

Black Ball Projects was founded as an artist-run space by artists for artists in October 2015, we are located on the Southside of Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
We are now organized as a not-for-profit corporation, and are in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status

We are creating the non-profit in order to: start up a micro-granting program for underrepresented artists and scholars; create educational and community outreach programs; and to work towards making the art-world a better and more egalitarian place.

For the past 3 years, we have carved out a reputation for putting on thoughtfully curated large and small group and solo shows with an emphasis on artists of diverse backgrounds, art practices, and ages.

It is important that you are familiar with Black Ball Projects
So that we know we are the right fit for one another.
We encourage you to go through our website to learn about us.

In 2017 and again in 2018 Black Ball Projects was selected by the NY Times in their Spring Gallery guide:

We are excited to embark on our future plans for 2019 and beyond, as we build our non-profit organization; expanding upon our foundation as an artist-run gallery space.

Towards this end we are looking for a dedicated and motivated intern.
